Context
PrimeCircuit Labs moves wireless products from lab prototypes to contract manufacturing with tight RF performance requirements. Previous spins regressed in the field when layout rules were applied inconsistently across designers.
Challenge
High-speed digital and RF sections share boards where keep-out and return path mistakes are expensive. The team needed repeatable DFM packages and validation checklists, not heroic debug sessions on every spin.
Architecture
Reference PCB templates, RF validation procedures, module integration guides, and structured bring-up scripts. Altium libraries enforce stack-up and impedance rules; spectrum and anechoic checkpoints gate promotion to production files.
Delivery
Three controlled prototype cycles with documented RF performance within spec. Production yield improved 18%. PrimeCircuit R&D and CM partners received DFM packages and debug playbooks usable without Corexel on every spin.
